SMART Drum Composting Machine With Conveyor

100% segregated bio-degradable waste has to be treated in this composting machine. The machine is developed on the principle of providing a complete composting system in a single machine. Both the shredding and composting takes place in a machine that employs micro-organisms to convert the shredded organic waste to compost. The waste material is first fed to the built-in shredder which reduces the waste material size to maximise the surface area available. Aerobic composting being an exothermic process generates heat which further helps in removing the moisture by evaporation and renders dry, ready-to-use compost in a few days. The compost can be unloaded at uniform intervals from the discharge end. The air exchanges from the composting chamber ensure adequate availability of the air required for aerobic composting.
